OFFENDER SUPERVISION
Home Consequences Benefits House Arrest Services Supervision Locations		Offender supervision offers Municipal and Justice courts an alternative that they have not traditionally had available. This is a form of supervision or probation that can be customized to the needs of the particular court. Offenders are required to attend monthly compliance meetings. Each offender referred to this program must:
		Pay arranged fines and restitution Pay old fines and court costs Complete any community ordered by the court Advise ASAP when they move or change phone numbers Maintain employment Abstain from criminal activity Abstain from the use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or non-prescription drugs Drug and alcohol screening may be ordered by the court
