HOUSE ARREST

ASAP utilizes active home monitoring to restrict offenders to their homes. Offenders are required to wear a waterproof ankle transmitter at all times while on house arrest. The transmitter sends signals to a receiver that is connected to the offenders’ telephone line. Upon violation our central station is notified. Offenders on house arrest subject to the following:
  • Periodic telephone checks
  • Unannounced visits to offenders home
  • Documentation to support activities
  • Weekly interviews at ASAP office
  • Random alcohol and drug screening
House arrest by electronic monitoring is limited to non-violent offenders. House arrest is also ideal for juvenile offenders and those with medical conditions or disabilities.
